arrival: Check-In process

Sign in your dancer and provide a reliable contact number.

1. You will receive a color-coded index card with your dancer’s name — do not lose this card.

2. Volunteers will escort dancers to their assigned age-group dressing rooms.

Important Reminders

• All dancers must be dropped off by an adult.

• Parents of dancers ages 3–7 should take them to the restroom before check-in.

• No parents allowed backstage, unless they are pre-approved volunteers.

• Please arrive on time to help dancers feel calm, organized, and prepared.

Who Drops Off

• One (1) parent or guardian may escort the dancer to check-in.

• No additional guests allowed.

dismissal: check-out process

At the end of the show, instructions will be announced onstage.

• Parents will be released by card color group to pick-up locations.

Pick-Up Locations

• Ages 3–7, Ages 7+ & YAA pick-up information is coming soon!

  Parents will not be allowed to exit until they have received their dancer.

What You Need

• Only one adult (preferably the same adult from drop-off) may pick up the dancer.

• Present your color index card at pick-up.

• Your dancer’s name will be called when it is your turn.

If You Lose the Card

• You will need to wait until the end of dismissal to pick up your dancer.

During the Show

Parents will return to the audience after drop-off and enjoy the performance.

• Dancers will remain backstage for the entire duration of the show.
