Withdrawal Form
Withdrawal requests must be submitted online by filling out our Withdrawal Form via Google Forms linked here. We require a two weeks notice for all withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the next tuition billing cycle on 1st of the month. We do not accept verbal withdrawals from any classes.
Spring Concert Opt-Out Form
Being a part of this special performance on June 6th is an incredible opportunity for students to showcase their growth, build confidence, and celebrate their achievements with family and friends. Participation in the Spring Concert is an essential component of their dance education, and we can’t wait to see them shine on stage! However, we understand that not all families may wish to participate in our upcoming spring concert. If you choose not to have your child participate, please fill out the following form by January 31st.
