TUITION & PAYMENT
-
Tuition is broken into 10 equal monthly installments, charged automatically to the card on file on the 1st of each month. It's non-refundable and isn't based on the number of classes in a given month or on attendance.
-
Mid-season enrollment is prorated from your dancer's actual start date — you're only charged for the portion of the season you're enrolled.
-
Yes. Our calendar generally follows the Fulton and Fayette County school systems, and scheduled closures are already built into the season rate — you won't see separate charges or credits for holiday weeks.
COMMUNICATION & ATTENDANCE
-
Email is the best way to reach us at info@nadance.com — please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. Instructors can't be reached via personal text, phone, or social media, and shouldn't be approached between classes; all questions about schedule, progress, or your account should go through the studio office.
PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT
-
Enrolling for the full season means committing to both the Holiday Production and Spring Concert — every class is assigned to perform. This is a core part of the curriculum, not an optional add-on.
WITHDRAWAL
-
Withdrawal requests require two weeks' notice and must be submitted by the 15th of the month before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Verbal withdrawals aren't accepted — it has to go through the official Withdrawal Form.
Without an active payment and formal notice, a dancer's spot may be dropped and would need to be re-registered.
Injured dancers are encouraged to keep attending to observe rather than withdraw, when possible.
DRESS CODE
-
Full details, organized by age group, live on our dedicated Dress Code page — including what to wear, where to buy it, and which outside stores we recommend (and which ones we don't).
