REGISTRATION FEE (ONE-TIME ANNUAL FEE): Each enrolled student is required to pay an annual registration fee of $40 (1st student) and $25 (each additional student) for their registered session AND their first month's tuition to secure their space in class. Each student's registration fee and first month's tuition payment are due within 24 hours of registration.
PARENT PORTAL : Each parent is responsible for accessing their parent portal account at least once per week to view account balances, class schedules, studio correspondence, and to keep their contact information and student information up to date.
TUITION: Tuition is based on an 11 month season (August - June). Tuition payment is due by 11:59 PM on the 5th of EACH month, regardless of the day. Parents will not receive monthly billing statements or invoices and are responsible for staying up to date with their tuition balances via the parent portal.
TUITION LATE FEE POLICY: A $20.00 late fee will be assessed on the 6th of each month. A 5% late fee will be added to unpaid tuition balances on the 10th of each month and will increase by 5% every subsequent 5 days until payment is made. Additionally, if tuition has not been paid by the 15th of each month, your student will be unable to attend their registered classes until payment is made. If you bring your student to class with an unpaid tuition balance, they will be seated in class and not allowed to participate. There is no guarantee that your student's space in their enrolled classes will still be available after the 15th. You are still responsible for the full month's tuition and late fees in which your student was enrolled before your return.
